Acquisition Guidelines
Central Investment seeks to acquire companies in the consumer packaged goods industry preferably within the food or pet products sectors that exhibit some or all of the following characteristics:
- History of profit and growth.
- Manufacturer and/or distributor of its core products.
- Insulated from low cost foreign competition.
- Diverse customer base.
- Revenues between $25 million and $100 million, with a preferred range from $50 million to $75 million.
- Competent management in addition to the owners.
- Stable and experienced workforce.
- Well recognized products.
- Located within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
